Duration: 3 mths 

Mode of Study: Learners have 3 options

1. Study Online- Our online option gives you the flexibility of studying from anywhere on your time. This model is complemented with on the job training. You will be placed at a hotel facility closer to your home where you will have the opportunity to develop your housekeeping skills. 

2. Blended- Study the theory online & come in for practical sessions. 

3. Face-face: Programme is delivered only in our face-face classrooms.

​Programme Overview 

We prepare you for the role of housekeepers in the hotel/accomodation industry.

Some of the Modules that you will complete are:

•  Develop and update Hospitality Industry Knowledge

• Follow health, safety and security procedures

• Clean the floor, walls, furniture and furnishings

• Prepare offices and public areas

• Carry out stain removal

• Collect and deliver guest laundry

• Control and distribute housekeeping supplies
