The pandemic has introduced so many uncertainties for students and with the recent government lockdown protocols, we've found that students are struggling even more with the back to school preparations.
The administrators of South East College have therefore decided to adjust its deadlines to afford these learners an opportunity to start school in September. Principal of Admissions, Mr Donovan Wright, noted that, "some of these students have been waiting for long while now to get back to school, and they will be more than disappointed to know that they will not be able to meet deadlines, because of affordability."
The new school year opens September 13 with online classes. Students studying on campus will start face-face classes October 4th.
The Safe Re-opening of School
The school is currently implementing further safety measures to ensure the safe re-opening for its campus learners. Currently, over 60% of the staff is vaccinated. Students are also being encouraged to get vaccinated before they return to campus in October.
